A digital download: a set of high-resolution files you print yourself. Nothing is posted to you. After payment the files are yours to keep, and you can print them at home, at a local print shop or through an online printing service.

Straight away. Payment goes through PayPal, and the download link is there as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is no approval to wait for and no shipping time, wherever in the world you are. For a personalised name set, you enter the child's name and print size on the product page before checkout; the link then delivers your order guide confirming those details, and the finished prints arrive by email within 24 hours.

Every print is a JPG at 300 DPI, the resolution print shops ask for. JPG opens on any phone, tablet or computer, and every printing service accepts it.

One bundle is a complete coordinated set, and the number of prints is different in every bundle — from 17 in the smallest to 155 in the largest, with the exact count shown on that bundle's own page. What never changes is what you get per print: every single design comes in five ratios — 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, ISO A-series and 11×14 inch — which between them cover more than 20 standard frame sizes. A numbered File Guide shows every design so you can find a favourite again, and a ReadMe covers printing.

No. The files are ordinary JPGs. Open them in the photo app your device already has, or upload them straight to a printing service. There is nothing to install and nothing to unlock.

No. Once a file is saved on your device it stays yours, and you can print it as many times as you like, for as long as you like. Keep a copy somewhere safe, such as a cloud drive or a folder you back up.

The five ratios between them cover more than 20 frame sizes, and each file is built for the largest size in its ratio at 300 DPI. From the 2:3 files: 4×6, 8×12, 12×18, 16×24, 20×30 and up to 24×36 inches. From 3:4: 6×8, 9×12, 12×16, 18×24 and up to 24×32 inches. From 4:5: 8×10, 12×15, 16×20, 20×25 and up to 24×30 inches. The ISO A-series file covers A5, A4, A3 and A2 at full 300 DPI, and the same file prints at A1 for a statement wall. Because the A-series shape (1:1.414) is almost exactly 5:7, that ISO file also suits a 5×7 inch frame — A5 is 15×21 cm. The 11×14 inch file has its own ratio and prints up to about 16×21 inches. Pick the ratio that matches your frame, then print at the size you want.

Three routes work well. A home printer is fine for the smaller sizes. A local print or copy shop handles medium sizes cheaply and quickly. An online printing service is the best choice for large prints and heavier paper. All three accept a 300 DPI JPG.

Print at 100 per cent, or actual size, rather than fit to page, so nothing is scaled or cropped. Matte photo paper gives the best finish on this artwork — it holds the muted, storybook colours and, unlike gloss, throws no glare back at you in a child's room, which matters most on the softer woodland and nursery sets. A smooth card stock from about 200gsm upwards is the good budget alternative, and the brighter, bolder bundles carry either finish happily. If a particular size matters, ask for one test print before running the whole set.

No. A bundle is digital files only and nothing physical is sent. The frames in the room photographs are there to show scale, so you can judge how a wall will look before you print.

Yes, within reason. Choose the ratio closest to your frame and print it at whatever size that frame needs; because the proportions stay the same, nothing is cut off. Enlarging far beyond 20×30 inches will begin to soften the detail.

Close, with a small shift. A screen is backlit and paper is not, so a print usually reads slightly deeper and warmer than the same file on a phone. If an exact shade matters, ask your print shop for a test print first.

You may print the files for your own home, your child's room or nursery, and as a gift for someone. Unlimited times, in any of the sizes, with no further payment.

No. Selling prints made from these files, at a market, in a shop or online, is not covered by the personal use licence.

Reselling or passing on the files themselves, sharing them in groups or on download sites, and presenting the artwork as your own. The art is digitally illustrated for MyLittleLore and the copyright stays with us.

Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, change-of-mind sales are final — the standard position for digital goods. If a file is faulty, the wrong bundle arrives, or you were charged twice, write to us within 14 days and it will be replaced, resent or refunded.

If a file is faulty, or the wrong bundle arrives, it gets put right or refunded. Get in touch and say what happened, and it will be sorted.

The download buttons in your receipt email work for 30 days, and your account keeps every file and invoice permanently — sign in any time with the email you paid with to download again. If anything ever fails, get in touch and your files will be re-sent. Files already saved on your device never expire.

Nearly always an interrupted download. Download it again, ideally on a computer and over wi-fi, and let it finish before opening. If it still will not open, try a different browser, then get in touch with the bundle name and the file name and a replacement will be sent.
