Enter your child's name, and pick your print size, on the product page before you check out — the initial is simply the first letter of the name you type. Checkout confirms both in your order guide, so there's nothing further to send unless something needs correcting.
How long does personalisation take?
Expect the finished prints by email within 24 hours of your order. The short order guide downloads at checkout; we already have the name and the size from what you entered on the product page, so there's no reply to wait on.
Can I use any name, any spelling, even accented letters?
Yes. We personalise each print for your order, so any name, spelling, script or accented letter is set just as it appears in what you enter on the product page before checkout.
Can I change the spelling after I've ordered?
Yes, provided the prints haven't been sent yet. Reply with the new spelling on the order email and we'll swap it in.
Can I order the Forget-Me-Not set for twins or siblings?
Yes. Place one order per child for a name print each, or message us before ordering if you'd like two names on one centre print.
What sizes do I get?

How do I print the files?
Choose the ratio folder for your frame and print at actual size. Matte paper or card keeps the periwinkle, yellow and green soft, at home or in a print shop.
Is this a physical product?
