Expect the finished prints by email within 24 hours of your order. The short order guide downloads at checkout; we already have her name and the size from what you entered on the product page, so there's no reply to wait on.
Can I use any name, any spelling, even accented letters?
Yes. We personalise each print by hand, so any name, spelling, script or accented letter is set just as it appears in what you enter on the product page before checkout.
Can I change the spelling after I've ordered?
Yes, provided the prints haven't been sent yet. Reply with the new spelling on the order email and we'll swap it in.
Can I order the Safari Cub set for twins or siblings?
