How long does the name take?
Within 24 hours of your order. The order guide is there the second you check out; we already have the name and size from what you entered on the product page, so there's no reply to wait on.
Does any spelling or accent work?
Yes. Any name, any spelling, any script and any accented letter goes onto the name print as written, with no list of preset names and nothing filled in by a font.
Can I change the name once I've ordered?
Yes, at any point before the finished files go out. Reply again on the same thread with the correction and the name print is redone from it.
